• On Tuesday November 30 from 15.30-17.00 hrs. the Québec 2005 Reception will take place at the AIPC stand to promote our upcoming 2005 Annual Conference. This event will give an insight into all the activities planned for the conference and more details this fabulous historic destination!

• On Tuesday November 30, AIPC is participating in the EIBTM Association Program breakfast session and lunchtime panel debate with President Barbara Maple speaking on the topic: "Running an Annual Conference / Congress - Risk Management and Security Issues".

• On Wednesday December 1, AIPC and IAPCO are jointly conducting a panel discussion entitled “Quality Standards for Convention Centres: Who Decides?” as part of the EIBTM seminar series. This seminar takes place from 10:00-11.00 and will include both centre and PCO perspectives on this important topic as well as those of our clients.
