IMEX Frankfurt, April 19-21, 2005

  • AIPC was be represented throughout the show with a stand to get the latest information about AIPC activities while exchanging views with fellow members.
  • On Monday April 18, the Association Evening function provided an opportunity for AIPC members to meet the anticipated 250 International Association decision makers who were in attendance.
  • On Wednesday April 20, AIPC and IAPCO jointly convened a panel discussion entitled How can Centres and PCO’s work together to Add Value to the Association’s Event? as part of the IMEX seminar series. This seminar included both centre and PCO perspectives on this important topic as well as ways in which PCO’s and centres can cooperate more successfully.
  • On Wednesday April 20 from 12-13.00 hrs. the Québec cocktail party took place at the AIPC stand, promoting the 2005 Annual Conference. This event gave an insight into the activities planned for the conference and more details about Québec itself.
  • AIPC also be participated in the Professional Development Pavilion, where universities, hotel schools, leading international meeting associations, consultants and publications have exhibited together "under one roof" to promote professional development opportunities. AIPC promoted the Excellence in Customer Service course as an industry standard for customer service education.
